Founded in 1985 and subordinate to Foreign Affairs Office of
Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, Sichuan Foreign Agency
Service (SFAS) is a specific institution authorized by Sichuan
Provincial People’s Government to provide services for resident
foreign consulates, and is the first institution which can provide
various services for foreign companies, agencies and personnel in
Chengdu. Besides, it is a standing council member of China
Association of Foreign Service Trades. With 20 years’ professional
experiences in foreign services and human resources service, SFAS
provides the high-quality, all-round services for the foreign
consulates, foreign agencies and personnel in Chengdu with
established credit and professional responsibility adhering to the
aim of “friendliness, thoughtfulness, helpfulness and efficiency”.
SFAS is one of the first legal
intermediary institutions approved by the public security
authorities to handle private cross-boarder affairs. We will
sincerely serve Chinese citizens with the various services
concerning private overseas affairs.
A. To provide personnel services such as
recommendation, selection, administration, training of the
candidates, as well as talent hunting for the resident foreign
consulates, companies, agencies and personnel in Chengdu.
B. On behalf of foreign agencies, to handle
their application, registration, extension, alteration and follow-up
related affairs, to handle their employment permit, domestic/foreign
employees’ certificates and work permit, to release employment
advertisements, and to handle administration of employees’ salary,
welfare and social and commercial insurances such as medical
insurance, endowment insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational
injury insurance, maternity insurance, as well as to handle housing
provident fund and opening the personal account.
C. To provide services for overseas
investigation such as going through formalities of approval and
arranging reception abroad for government organizations, enterprises
and public institutions.
D. To engage in services for self-assisted
students to study in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand,
Malaysia etc. and to provide information, law consultation,
communication, arrangement-abroad and other related services for
Chinese citizens who desire to work, reside, visit, inherit property
and other private activities abroad.
E. To handle visa-application and consular
authentication, as well as translation of commercial documents,
technical materials and visa application forms.
F. To purchase and dispose the retired
automobiles and articles of resident foreign consulates, commercial
agencies and personnel in Sichuan.
G. To handle house construction, tenancy and
repair, vehicles renting, and other entrusted affairs for resident
foreign consulates and foreign companies in Sichuan.
